We are a majority female and black owned business that specialises in construction and engineering training and solutions.
Our team has been making a positive impact on people’s lives in South Africa since 1998. We do this by providing professional training programmes and consulting services in the broader construction and engineering industry. SAVE takes training and advisory services to the people and places where they are most needed. In this way, we are able to help make education more accessible to all.

SETA Training
Our training programmes are SETA accredited. Most of our SETA training is for people in civil engineering, construction, and related industries. It ranges from training courses for public works and infrastructure projects to construction site and project management.
SAVE has been training people working in construction and related industries since 1998. We have trained individuals and teams from government departments, local businesses, and communities. From civil engineers and surveyors to bus drivers, project managers and construction workers.
Our SETA training courses give participants the technical, practical and administrative skills to succeed. In this way, we help to empower people by developing valuable and scarce skills.
We have experienced subject-matter experts on our team who deliver our training programmes. Training that meets rigorous professional standards and exceeds industry norms. Because we put people first and go beyond SETA requirements for accreditation.
Our training is affordable and accessible to all South Africans. That’s because we take our training to trainees and communities where it is needed. This helps us to achieve our mission. An important part of which is to promote equal access to opportunities in South Africa.
SAVE provides consulting and advisory services in various fields.
We offer expert technical advice, strategy development, and management solutions. These include managing small engineering and construction projects. SAVE also advises government departments on skills development, education and training strategy.
We also offer a variety of consulting services in the public works and transport sector.
We serve as the communication link between the technical aspects of a project and the lived experiences of each local community.
SAVE facilitates engagement between engineers and communities in Community -Based Participatory Planning. Our team also assists with dispute resolution, surveys, relocation processes and communication. We help to navigate many of the social aspects of development projects. Especially projects related to the built-environments and infrastructure networks of South Africa.
